I can’t believe the “magic” of these pans. I guess I’ve been living in the Dark Ages. These pans create even heat which other pans only claim to do. They absolutely have a non-stick personality. I’ve cooked everything in them, including eggs, without any oil. Marvelous. And they clean up easily and beautifully. I’m completely in love. And it’s gotten me into the kitchen again — something I’ve been putting off for quite some time. Now I think, “What can I cook in my pan next?”

My wife and I could not be more impressed with the quality, cooking characteristics, and beauty of the Circulon Infinite series. We purchased the starter set and several pieces. We have been happy with each of them.

Heavy duty pans with heavy duty flat bottoms, something I’ve never seen before. I felt this pair was a good value and expect them to last me years. Even though it says “dishwasher safe”, I always hand wash my pans. A cinch to clean when food doesn’t stick. Better investment than those crappy Green Pans sold on HSN!
